Registration Requirements

Sellers must provide a valid government-issued ID, NBI Clearance and business permit to register.
Incomplete requirements will not be approved

Marked Up & Pricing

Marked up rates:

Unused / Stock	10%
Like New / Pristine	8%
Good / Gently Used	5%

Before your product is approved and posted, you must pay the mark-up fee through LUXXE's official QR.
This payment is non-refundable, even if your item is later found fake.

Proof of Authenticity

Sellers must provide a valid receipt or authenticity card with serial number for each item.
All items require admin approval before posting.

Accuracy & Authenticity

Only genuine luxury items are allowed.
Misrepresentation or counterfeit items will result in account termination.

Payment

At checkout, buyers will pay using your own QR code linked to your account.
You will receive 100% of your base price directly from the buyer.
LUXXE has no share in your sales earnings.

Data Privacy

LUXXE complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Personal information collected such as name, ID, NBI Clearance, business permit, and contact details will only be used for verification and system transactions.
All user data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
